Do you need help with opening a new support ticket? Below are the steps you can take to contact our ticketing department. We respond to the vast majority of tickets within 24 hours on business days.
1. Log-in to your client portal with your account username and password.
2. In the navigation bar go ahead and click Support > Tickets, or just visit this URL
3. Select the appropriate category for your ticket from the list of four options provided. Generally if you are not sure which category your question falls under you can select "General Questions"
4. Fill out your ticket making sure to indicate the importance level of your question or request in the "Priority" dropdown menu.
5. Submit your ticket by clicking the blue "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen.
